For those wanting some adrenaline, the options vary from:  Skydiving, jet boating, 4 wheel drive off roading, quad biking or horse trekking.  There is also fishing, hunting and rock climbing… something for everyone.

There are over 750 kilometres of tracks to explore.  Experienced guides can help serious climbers climb the summits in Mt Aspiring National Park.  There are short tracks not far from Wanaka township suitable for all fitness levels.

The skiing and snowboarding during winter is suitable for all enthusiasts with Cardrona, Treble Conne and Snow Farm all within 40 minutes from Wanaka town centre.  Also on offer is the largest heli-skiing terrain in the Southern Hemisphere.
